How It Works

  • You will be charged $10 for each Premium lead you receive, billed monthly
  • You will only be charged for the unique, verified leads
  • You set your monthly cap per property, so you can easily manage your budget
  • You will not be charged for leads received from basic (free) listing sites
  • You may request a refund on a lead you deem invalid by contacting us anytime
  • You may de-activate your Premium Listing service at any time

You can get even more renters to contact you by upgrading to Premium Listing. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars a month for a third-party marketing contract, upgrade your property to Premium Listing and pay only when a renter contacts you!

Our basic post to internet functionality will always be free to use for AppFolio customers. Nothing has changed about the basic service and your properties will continue to be listed on dozens of top rental sites on the web. Premium Listing is an optional service which gives the added benefit of posting on pay-to-list websites and getting featured placements. None of the free websites have been removed from the basic service.

You will only be charged for leads that come from the exclusive and featured listings. All other leads through the basic sites will still be free.

You have the ability to set a custom budget monthly cap per property.

When you reach the monthly cap for a given property, all vacancy postings on that property are removed from Premium until the following month. All leads received before the end of an over-cap month are free.

When you advertise with AppFolio Premium Listing, we assign a tracking phone number to your vacancy postings. When a renter dials that phone number, it immediately rings through to you, and our system captures a recording of that call.

We record the calls so we can verify the leads and ensure that you're only charged for leads from unique, interested renters. You can also listen to the call or voicemail recordings from the renter’s guest card inside AppFolio.
